• Responsibilities:
  
  • Managing and leading the daily activities of the office staff in different divisions of documentation and quality control, HR, Main Store stocks reports, equipment repairing, maintenance and calibration reports, solve and manage the daily work difficulties and Follow up the technical submittals (materials & MS, structural design, company pre-qualification) to the new projects.
  • Direct supervision of tender department, starting from the structural solution to develop a schedule of cost and provide the final price through the quotations and negotiations of the final offer with the clients.
  • Direct supervision of structural design unit starting from developing the idea of the economic and safe solution, completing the structural design and drawings, attending some structural discussion with consultant and in municipalities ending with approval.
  • Direct supervision of accounting and procurement department to follow up the imports of the PT materials and re-export it to the company projects in neighboring countries, and prepare the monthly due payments from projects, and make financial planning to fund the project and control its cost within the budget and do the Insurance for the assets, staff and projects, prepare and submit to the contractors the financial claims of the variations in material price and quantities.
  • Build the marketing package and tools, the Web site, the brochures, company profile, yellow pages and Google engine registration and company page on social media network.
  • Review and sign the agreements of construction contracts and technology transfer agreements with the company clients inside and outside UAE (Italy, Qatar, KSA, Syria, Bahrain).
  • Marketing and do the technical presentation for the company structural and construction services and its products in order to approve and register the company in the vendor list of consultants and main contractors and in Gov. authorities and post tensioning institute in USA and member of contractor’s association in UAE where the company became a board member director from 2012 to 2016.
  • Leading the construction team to successfully completion of the construction of many different types of structural elements in different types of buildings and towers within the project budget and implementing the quality and safety measures for the company projects getting experience in the construction sector inside UAE in all cities and outside in Syria 2010 (Yasmeen Rotana Hotel – Arabtac Syria), in Bahrain 2012 (Al Baraka banking head quarter – Arabtec Bahrain), in Qatar 2013 (many different buildings).

  • Assist the project manager to follow up the daily site activities of site staff (1 Site engineer, 1 Forman, 4 chargehand and 200 labors (steel fixers, carpenter, mesons, and helpers).
  • Follow up and review of survey work for the whole building and the column inclination.
  • Prepare the daily site program for the consultant.
  • Follow up the daily sub-contractor’s program and site progress for various construction and finishes works includes the concrete supplying and pouring.
  • Inspection for the post tensioned slabs prior of the DM inspection.

From Feb./2000 up to end of Feb. 2001

  • I travelled to Bangladesh state to do the technical exam and hire skilled worker steel fitters, carpenters, and masons.

From August/ 1997 up to August/1999 in Homs city – Syria
